RTSD administration will bring an updated 2022-23 calendar to the April 18 Curriculum Committee meeting that would propose removing unused emergency snow days and adjusting the last day of school for 2022-23.
The English Language Development Department at Radnor Township School District recently organized a family involvement event for the multilingual families in RTSD.
“What should be the 28th Amendment to the Constitution?”. Two Radnor Elementary School classes answered this question as finalists in The Rendell Center for Civics and Civic Engagement annual Citizenship Challenge on Thurs., Jan. 12.
Beginning Oct. 1, breakfast will be free for all students following a Sept. 9 announcement from Gov. Wolf that the state would be funding the meal for the remainder of the school year.

Back-to-school forms, permissions and other information are collected from families via an online portal prior to each school year. The 2022-23 portal opened on August 16.
A former elementary school teacher with 17 years of classroom experience, Mr. Wagner will assist Ithan and Radnor elementary schools in administrative duties to support staff, students, and families.
Radnor residents 65 and up, widows/widowers ages 50 and up, and/or persons with disabilities ages 18 and up who meet income requirements are eligible for tax rebates from RTSD. Apply by Dec. 31, 2022!
